Does it work on Intel Macs or Windows?
Not yet. Tight Studio currently requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later). If you want Intel Mac or Windows support, email ethan@tight.studio and we will prioritize accordingly.
Do recordings stay on my Mac?
Yes. Tight Studio records and processes your videos locally on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to share a video via a shareable link, which is entirely optional.
How do I install it?
Download the .dmg file, open it, and drag Tight Studio to your Applications folder. On first launch, grant screen recording permission when macOS asks - that is all it needs to start recording.
